I know that purchasing a hand-made bicycle may be an intimidating experience for someone who is new to the process, or has never had the opportunity of riding a Taylor bicycle.  My goal is to make beautiful bicycles of exceptionally high quality that are perfectly fitted to the rider and are a joy to ride.  I stand by my work and the materials I carefully select.  I intend for my bikes to hold up to many, many years and miles of use.  In fact, it would take a freak occurance or serious abuse for one of my bikes to fail. I believe my bikes are among the best made by anyone today, and to you, my customer, I offer this guarantee:

Every Taylor bicycle is backed by a 6-year guarantee against material defects and defects in workmanship on the frame of the bike.  This guarantee is granted to the original owner of the bike and begins from the purchase date.  Taylor Bicycles has the option of repairing or replacing any defective item.  Bicycle components vary from bike to bike and are backed by the warranty of their manufacturer.
